You will receive an email with tracking numbers. You can use these numbers to track your order status on our website or the logistics company's website.

If you can't find the item you're looking for on our website, please contact us and provide a picture, serial number, or model number of the item. The more detailed the information, the easier it will be for us to find the item in the factory.
7. What if I need to pay customs duties?
If you need to pay customs duties, please assist us with customs clearance. We will bear all the costs incurred.
8. What is your return policy?
If you are not satisfied with the product you received, you can return it within 7 days. Returned items must be in original condition and include all original packaging and accessories.
